The Swirling Group, LLC provides project / construction and transition management for law firms, professional service organizations, nonprofit organizations, and other businesses engaged in constructing new offices, renovating current offices, and relocating offices.

COMSYS, Gaithersburg, Maryland
Orchestrated & led contraction & in-place renovation of Arizona-based high tech company's Gaithersburg, Maryland, office into two separate offices of approximately 13,000 sq ft & 7,500 sq ft for a subtenant and itself
JMW Settlements, Washington, D.C.
Led and managed relocation of national structured financial settlement firm including overseeing space design, developing and managing project budget, managing construction of 3800 sq ft office, and orchestrating successful office relocation.
Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Washington, D.C.
Planned and orchestrated two-stage relocation of over 600 employees in the company’s Washington, D.C. and corporate offices from downtown Washington, D.C. to new office space in Arlington, Virginia.
