The Swirling Group, LLC provides project / construction and transition management for law firms, professional service organizations, nonprofit organizations, and other businesses engaged in constructing new offices, renovating current offices, and relocating offices.
Here is a brief glance at some of the projects we have managed:
R4 Incorporated, Eatontown, New Jersey.
Led & managed establishment of an integration facility outside Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, for Veteran-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business defense contractor based in New Jersey, including locating new building, negotiating lease, programming & designing space, developing & overseeing $1.5 million build-out budget and managing construction of over 21,000 square feet (5,000 sq. ft. administrative offices, 16,000 warehouse facility).
