"The Swirling Group was instrumental in assisting us, a non-profit services provider, purchase a building to serve as our new center. Scott Swirling conducted a study of the feasibility of renovating the building and developed numerous options for us, including multiple project & construction budgets, so we could choose the correct path to meet our service requirements and the monies available. Based on Scott’s efforts, we are creating an investment for our organization’s and our clients’ future."
