Our creative team of professionals adds cost-effective expertise to any organization faced with the complexity of building out new office space and relocating its operations while reducing the stress affiliated with such a significant project.

We are committed to ensuring that all projects come in on-time and within budget.

Our general list of services includes:

Assisting in locating new office space, and in conjunction with your real estate agent, negotiating office lease.
Serving as your tenant representative/project manager in all discussions with your landlord or potential landlord and all project vendors.
Identifying and assisting you in the selection of real estate agents, architects, designers, general contractors and other vendors.
Managing the pre-qualification, bidding and negotiation with vendors on your behalf.
Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
Leading your project management team and all team meetings to ensure the project comes in on time and on budget.
Day to day project management and construction supervision, including monitoring quality control.
Coordinating and ensuring that security, telecommunications, information technology, signage, furniture and other items are addressed.
Reviewing and tracking the performance of your vendors (architects, designers, general contractors, etc.).
Managing overall project invoicing and cash flow, including the review and certification of payment applications submitted by the general contractor and other vendors.
Providing all move coordination, including the selection and oversight of the moving company.
